I have taken the pack to Northumbrian Tin Soldier who verified the pack is unopened and not tampered with.

Great for collectors who are looking to put away for years to come on display or to open. The pack looks to have a few bits of wear on the edges (see photos). Which is normal for a pack that is 24 years old.
