PSA 10 - 2017 Pokemon Japanese Promo 068/SM-P Pikachu Champion's League Festa.This print featuring the same artwork, but with the number 068/SM-P, was available to participants of the 2017 Okayama Champion's League, held at the Cooperative Okayama Prefecture Wholesale Center, Okayama on May 14, 2017, and again to participants of the 2017 Champion's League Final, held at the Sunshine City Convention Center in East Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo on June 24, 2017. This print has the Champion's League logo in the same position as the logo on its SM-P Promotional counterpart.
The population of this card is roughly 1/3 that of the 2017 Festa 061/SM-P making it significantly more exclusive.
