This card was printed and Made in the USA by Wizards of the Coast in 2001 for a mail-in campaign that ran Sept-Nov 2000, before Hasbro bought WOTC then Pokemon spun-off in 2003, which makes this card exceedingly rare - especially in GEM MINT 10 grade - because WOTC will never print these Pokemon cards again.
When I received this back from PSA grading I placed it immediately into bubble wrap so the clear plastic case is new and clear; no handling, no dust, no fingerprints.
