A: In most cases, the prices are firm. Prices for items with "Best Offer" attached to the listing is always negotiable.

Q: I found out that I have to pay to recieve my items?
A: If you are an international buyer there may be customs and duty charges with your purchase. These import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included with the item price or shipping cost. Customs and duties are not the responsibility of the seller, and your package will not be released until you pay these charges.

Q: I don't agree with the grade?
A: All items sold ungraded will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The card may be graded by a 3rd party authenticator. If so, the responsibility of the claim will be with the 3rd party authenticator. If you wish to force return any graded item without going through the 3rd party authenticator you will be banned from any future purchases.
