However we do reserve the right to apply a surcharge of $11.25 to cover tracked postage to the following destinations :

We post on a daily basis and aim to get you the items you have ordered as quick as possible.
We use the Royal Mail for the vast majority of our postage.
Within the UK we send via different services but all have the new 2D barcode attached which means in the unlikely event an item goes missing it can be tracked to its last known destination as it is electronically tracked throughout its journey.
Outside of the UK we send all items via International Priority which as the name suggests is one of the fastest methods.
All items posted within the UK should reach you within 3 days but please wait until 10 working days have passed before contacting us as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point. There are sometimes delays but 99.9% of mail does arrive.
Rest Of World Postage:
Most of the items we post reach our customers within 7-14 working days , but it can take longer particularly at busy times of the year.However mail to certain countries such as South America , South Africa and Mexico can take considerably longer. Please be aware of this if you are purchasing from one of these countries. Please wait at least 30 days before contacting is if you havent received your item as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point

We offer a comprehensive returns policy which covers you in the vast majority of instances.
We are happy to take a return on anything we sell as long as the item/s are returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in.
If you receive an item that is damaged due to postal negligence or an item that isnt as described we will pay the return postage.
In the case of mistaken purchases we ask you to pay for the return shipping. Your whole payment will then be refunded.
